These last couple of weeks we have had to get creative with how Daniel takes his naps, with me not being able to lift him still, and he's still in his crib, we have resorted to putting the mattress on the floor, I tried having him nap with me on the couch and that just didn't work so we decided to give this a try, and he actually did really well, he got up about 3 times and finally when I took him back to his room the last time he stayed there and finally fell asleep, I guess it was a good trial run to see if he's ready for a big boy bed.
This is how we still spend most of our day with Brielle, she is starting to be awake a little more, but that only lasts maybe 10-15 minutes then we are back asleep again. Also, we took her in for her 2 week check up this last week and she is already at 9 lbs 1 oz and is in the 75 percentile! How crazy is that, she has already gained almost a pound! And she is already 21.5 inches (88 percentile). She is just growing like a weed, but I'm just glad she is a happy, healthy and strong little girl!

Way to go Daniel - we're starting the whole process of switching B to a bed here in the next week or so, hopefully we can get him to stay in his bed & not play all day/night.
And Brielle, so adorable - sad Saturday didn't work, we'll plan something for as soon as you're feeling up to it. Can't wait to meet her!
